Question for EAD E-Filers

My I-485 is with VSC, but when E-FiLED EAD renewal, I got a reciept number MSC04800xxxxxx instead of EAC04xxxxxxxx. I was wondering if there is anything wrong. Could you share your experience/opinion. Thanks
 
To one of the questions about where your 485 is pending or previous EAD was filed, you should have chosen your city instead of VSC. All ASC pending applications generate a MSC receipt number for Missouri Service center

Does it mean my ead case pending with MSC?

I looked their processing time, msc is working on August 03's 765 cases. It my case takes that long, I probably will not ge tthe renewal by march, when my current ead expires. Will local ins office issue me a temporary card in that case?
