I landed in this country on 25th sep\'97 through company "A" but didn\'t had a chance to work with them.. Joined company "B" applied for new H1 and got approved in Nov\'97.. but started getting official paystubs from Jan\'98..
Now GC is in process.. TSC (I-140 stage)..
Will there be any problem if I go for Consular processing ??
If YES.. can I go to MEXICO instead of India.. ?
since I dont have paystubs from company "A".. no tax returns for that 3 months.. No work proof.. Dont have any contacts with company "A".. Never informed company "A" about my arrival.. And for my labor and for I-140 I didnt even claim any experience in those months...
Otherwords, I worked for company "B" straight away.. and was paid unofficially while my H1 was in process with company "B"..
Did anyone experienced or heard similar situation..
