Question for Ciba and Experts - How reliable is the information which IIO provides?

I have spoken to an IIO a few times - reply has always been standard - Application pending, not assigned to an officer, check back after
30-60 days.
How reliable is their information ? I am getting very concerned every time I see the JIT report - it says it is processing 01/26/01 cases
while mine in October 2000 is still pending !!!!!!!!

The info you get from IIOs is as reliable as national inquirer.
Unless you run into a helpful IIO, forget about what they tell
you!
