In my case I am working with company ‘A’ and my GC is sponsored by company ‘B’, I never worked for company ‘B’ mine is future employment case.
Recently I got a REF for below.
1. To submit an original letter on company letterhead from my prospective employer who filed Form I-140/I-360 on my behalf stating their continued interest in hiring me, duties to be performed, and remuneration.
2. To submit my Federal Income Tax returns, including all schedules and Forms W-2 and/or Forms 1099, for the last year.
We summated REF, after receiving REF with in 15day they transfer my case to local office.
Can you tell me what would be the reason, what are they going to ask me in the interview.
