Question for applying OCI cards as a family..

Simple question but I have seen conflicting information at different places for the following:

I am applying as a family (myself, spouse, daughter).

On the application form (which I printed after filling out Part A online), it says Part B is common for all applicants.

On the CGISF website, it says all applicants must have Part A and Part B filled out (no mention of applying individually or as a family).

Please advise.

Part A is one per individual applicant. Part B is one set per family - in your case there will be 3 part A applications, one for each of you and one part B application, for your entire family. Keep in mind that the application is required in 2 sets.

For individual applicants (only one person applying) one part A and one part B are required.
 
Kids Part A

Kind of silly I find but would like to clarify before I send, In the signature box do I need to have the kids thumb impression or leave it blank?
