Question filling i-765 form.

Hi All,
Just have a question. I am applying for EAD renewal.
In I-765 form what is
15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)

if one is already working on EAD card. Since H1B gets invalidated when one uses EAD.

So what should be filled as Current Immigration Status.

your current status will be AOS[Adjustment Of Status].
And donot forget to enclose copy of your current EAD, Old EAD approval notice and copy of Receipt Notice of your I-485.
These docs. really expedite the EAD renewal proccess.

Sudhi, et. al:

If (15) is 'Adjustment of Status'
What do you answer for:

14) Manner of Last Entry (Visitor; Student, etc.)

I last re-entered the US on Advanced Parole even though status was 'Adjustment of Status'.

Would the answer be:

a) Adjustment of Status
b) Adjustment of Status using Advanced Parole
c) Advanced Parole
d) None of the above, and your suggestion is ...
