Currently I am negotiating with my company to hire my own attorney to file GC application. Since my company has its own attorney, they have legal concern. Their argument is that if I hire my own attorney and my GC application gets rejected or audited, the other GC cases already filed or will be filed will get affected. Do you think that's a valid argument?
