Hi Guys,

I have received my LC through PERM and now I am applying for EB2 I140/I485 concurrently. I have graduate degree from US.

In my Labor documents I had my Diploma for my M.S. and PhD, For my BS I submitted my transcript and my Diploma (In Original Language), and my PERM got approved. However I do not know how to move forward on I140. I do not have an officila translation of my BS Diploma and If I want to get it, it will take more thana month.

Do you think BS transcript (English translation) + Diploma (Original Language) would be enough or do you recommend to me to wait till I get the English translation of the B.S. Diploma,

(Note: My dillema is that my priority date is current and I really don't want to wait for this document and see my PD is not current any more)

Thanks for the comment

Troy

Troy,

Based on my experience, my attorney didn't ask my BS diploma when I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently. I only was only asked for my copy of my PHD diploma and a sealed transcript from my school. Hopefully, this will help you out.

Troy,

For PERM, I didn't provide my B.S. diploma either. I only provided my Ph.D transcript and diploma. I got my labor certificate without any problem. Hopefully, it should be ok for I-140.
