My daughter age is 3 yrs, and we haven't recieved the FP notice for her. Can experienced people shed some light on this. I really appreciate your comments.
I am pretty sure that FP is not required for minors under the age of 15. Please consult a lawyer and make sure of this but I am almost certain that this is the case.
