Gurus, I changed my address 2 months back. Sent AR-11, and called IIO.
I called 800 number again one month later. IIO said they don't have authority to see the address under our applications, so they can't confirm the change of address.
Is this right? Even before they set up this 800 number, I could check my address with CSC number 949-831-8427 (if I remember it right). The IIOs are useless, and wasting our money.
