Hello again guys, I am almost ready to file my I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693, I-864, and G-325A. I just had some last minute question since I am really nervous!
I am married and my wife is a USC. Since she is not currently working right now my friend is helping me with the Affidavit of Support. Just to make sure, does he fill out the I-864 for that, or is it any of the other forms for a joint sponsor?
I have his 2004, 2005, and 2006 Taxes with his W2s and a letter from his job stating his employment status on a company letterhead. I also have his birth certificate. Is there anything else I need from him?
Also, I know I asked this question and so has other people, but I just want to get your opinion on this...
I asked my lawyer if I can send this packet out with my Marriage license that I got at the court and not my actual marriage certificate and he said that there will be no problems. That I will need the marriage certificate by the time I get my interview. I don't know if he is wrong or not since I've read here that you need to send the actual certificate with the packet. Is there anyway of finding which is the right answer?
And one final question.. for the G-325A, you are supposed to state your job history for the last 5 years. Only problem is that my wife has had so many jobs she cant remember 2 or 3 of the jobs that she had. I put most of them on the form, but will I have any problems with this?
Any other opinions or feedback would be great. Thanks in advanced guys.
