I recieved the courtsey copy yesterday. Lawyer yet to send me the original. Would I be able to use the courtesy copy for stamping.

a) Anyone with stamping experience in Baltimore?.
b) Any specific places where I can get photographs with INS specifications?.

yes you can use the courtsey copy for stamping. For photos any passport photos place can make immigration photos too. so just stop by one of phots place
