I recieved by EAD in June 2005 and also Advanced parole
in June. Due to retrogression GC approval date is out of my hands.
Some of the questions that I had and I appreciate your responses.
a) What are the known risks of leaving my job after completion of 6 months
of receiving my EAD?
Any personal feedback if you were in the same situation.
b) Do I need to communicate in some form with the immigration office
about leaving my current job.
c) Who would then be responsible for extending EAD and AP? [my new
company ?]
d) What would your personal recomendations be ?
