If all is well in terms of using AC21 ... Simillar job / salary / over 180 days .... is there any criteria for the new company .. such as do they need to have a labour cert .... or just any other company can hire .... ?

The new company just needs a copy of ur EAD for their I9 form and that's it. U will need the emloyer's help in case of Employment RFE and hope u don't get one. Good Luck !!
