Question abt Premium processing - 7 th Year extension

Hello All !!

My H1B limit of sixth year expiring in Dec 2003 ..My application for H1B till Dec 2003 is pending for Approval And my lawyer is applying for seventh year extension based on my current H1B application is pending ,

My question is -

Whether i can apply my seventh year extension in premuim processing even if one more H1B is pending for me ..
