Question abt OCI application....

I am planning to apply for an OCI for me and my family (wife + 2 kids).
I have the following questions:

1. How many passport size photos would i need for each person.
2. When i send the form a and b, do i have to send 2 copies of each form for each person.
3. Also for the kids, do i need to send the copies of the birth certificate and copies of their US passports.
4. For me an my wife do i need to send copies of the naturalization certificate.
any clarification is welcome.

What is your location? For San Francisco consulate (cgisf.org) following are answers.

1. 3 Total Passport size photo for each person
2. Yes, 2 copies of A and B for each person = 8 forms. 8 A. 8 B
3. yes, copies of BC and US passports (duplicate, self attested)
4. no naturalization cert

Thank you for detailed response. I will be filing at washington DC.
1. Also do i need to send form A and form B for the kids also.
2. Would the US passport size photos be sufficient.

1. yes, A and B parts for ALL applicants
2. US passport photos work fine.
 
I also sent in US passport sized photos. I used the online photo tool which cost $10 to make 6 2x2 photos on a 4x6 and printed in Target which cost 19c. Even at costco 6 PP photos cost $15. I was skeptical at first, but i saw many people in this forum doing that and tried it.
