Question about whether TSC goes by FP date or ND/RD date

I am Ramprakash waiting for my 485 approval. I did my FP on Feb 20 2003. I filed for my 3rd EAD last week. I was seeing some approvals with ND's/RD's for November/October 2001 that concides with mine. Does anyone know whether TSC does the approval based on when FP was done or they go by the ND date. Please let me know.

No one can really answer your question - I guess even TSC cannot answer.

Several people spent time in analyzing the data to figure out approval pattern - there is NONE.

I am also in the same boat, people who have ND before me and after me have been approved - but I am still waiting.

It appears to me (again personal observation and a lot of people will disagree with me), that LAST WEEK TSC was processing application based on FP date. Most approvals I have seen were FP date in Feb and March and some on April 16.

I know it does not help much. But there are other people like you.

Wish could be more helpful to you and wish could be more helpful to myself.

We have the same ND but I did my FP in 1/03. Have you done anything about your expired FP? Did you call TSC back in 2002 to request the FP notices? Thanks.
