My friend Received the package in the mail for him the principle beneficiary of the greencard petition and the two dependants his two children.
Both kids are 14 and 16 years old, now his two children are back home in their home country, Trinidad. They are still in school, he was asking me is there a way he can delay them getting the greencard at this point in time? As they do not want to immigrate to the United States at this time.
