Question about Visiting Visa to US

Hello

One of my friend applied for a Visit Visa to US as she has a test on first week of July but she got the visa from march 29 th to 28 th of june only. So if she lands in US before 28 th of june can she stay here till her exam gets over which is on first week of july? Or does she has to extend her visa from the consulate where she got the visa before coming to US?

She cannot and should not overstay. She should contact consulate to extent her visa before coming here to usa. Another option is to ask for extension once here in usa, but that may nor may not work out before her visa expires. Moreover, someone would have submitted affidavit of support on her behalf. That person also guarantess that person being supported will go back and visa will not expire. so better is to get visa extended before coming here.
