Question about using an approved labor for 485

Hello Guys,
I have a question about using an approved labor to file 485. I’d appreciate if someone can answer it.

My brother is in last semester of his masters in genetics. There aren’t too many companies in that field that do H1 and GC.

An IT consulting company that my friend works for has an approved labor (IT job related). Can my brother use it to file his 140 & 485 (as future employment i.e. employment after GC)?

What are the chances? Considering his background is genetics and the labor is IT related?

If this is not possible, can an IT consulting company file for his H1 or will USCIS raise questions like “why is IT consulting company filing for H1 of someone with genetics background”?

Any advice in this matter will be most appreciated.
Thanks

Check if it matches his profile. Education, post education Experience should match. If it matches then no one will ask the question
