Hi! Recently becoming US Citizen I send copy of my Certificate to NVC to upgrate petition I-130 for unmarried children over 21. I, the petitioner, have recieved a letter from NVC, that the petition have been upgrated, meaning they have been moved from 2B to F1, first category. My question is when you go through this process, do NVC need to send letters to both petitioner and beneficiary? Because beneficiary did not recieved letter from NVC. And what should I do? Thanks.
