Question about underserved area listing.

I am trying to find out if a facility is in underserve area or not. When i bring up the underserved area listing that gives me some no. like CT 1803.00. What do these no. mean?

The areas are designated MUA?HPSA as whole county or selected area within a county by CT (Census Tract). Goto the following web sites for MUA and HPSA respectively. Select State and County. If whole county is designated then that location is ins HPSA and/or MUA. Otherwise look into CT detail.
