question about TSC processing time

Hi all:

I had a basic question. Presently for TSC, the "Date Based on Pending Initial Adjudication" for I485 is 9/2000. So is 9/2000 the Receipt Date for I485 or is it the Process Date (Receipt Date for labor certification) or something else?

Also, another question is, if it is the Process Date, does that mean all I485 applications with Process Date before 9/2000 have been really approved?

It's the date I485 was received by INS.
