I have a doubt....
I'm on H1B, still valid (visa expires in 5/2007 but I-129 allows me to work till 11/2008).
My I-485 is pending and I don't need AP, as long as my H1B is still valid.
My wife and I are going to the Caribbean for Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
The problem will probably not exist for Labor Day since it's very unlikely that we'll get the interview by then.
But it is very likely we will get interviewed between Labor Day and Thanksgiving. What about if they take away my I-94 and don't stamp my passport?
How am I gonna travel if I don't receive my green card by then?
