I am about to apply for Canadian PR. Although the instruction is to provide original transcript of Marksheet, is it OK to furnish notarized copy ?
Also, what is more advantageous : doing the application on my own or doing it thru any agency ? (My deadline to get the Candian PR is little less than 2 years.) The names of a few reliable agencies will be appreciated.
