My wife will be filling her N-400 shortly. I am looking over the N-400 now and have a question regarding the good moral character section.
Question 16 ask if you where ever arrested, cited, or detained by a law enforcement officer. My question is my wife got pulled over by a police offer earlier this year for turning right on red when not allowed. She was given a written warning from the officer. Knowing my wife, I suspect she got rid of the piece of paper since then. So my question is does she need to report that she got a written warning on a traffic violation?
