Question about the Dallas Office Rapid Approval (DORA) Program

I live in Dallas and I am going to be filing with the DORA soon. I have a few questions:

1.) Do I need my I-864 completed before my interview/appointment?

2.) Do I need my I-693 completed before my interview/appointment?

3.) I just got married, and we just turned in our marriage license, is a copy of this the same as a marriage certificate? (I am pretty sure it is not) So, how do I get a copy of my marriage certificate quickly?

4.) Does anyone have a checklist of everything I need to bring to the appointment/interview completed?
