Question about the category on I-765?

I am filling up form I-765, Question 16 asking the category that I should be indentified with. I read the instruction, I am not sure if I fit in (c)(9) category.

My status:
(1) entering USA with B1 visa
(2) changing into J1 visa in university here, and then took me on waiver processing for over 4 years
(3) married with USA citizen for over 5 years
(4) now overstaying in USA for 4 years

Please help me and check for my category, thank you so much!

I-765 filed along with or based on pending I-485, category is 16 (C) (9)
