question about the 180-day rule

The EAD does not affect 180 day rule. The rule says that you can switch jobs after 180 days from RD while AOS is pending.
Let\'s hope we can get a formal word on it from INS...

They say (www.isn.org - please note: isn.org, not ins.org) that INS will release 180-days rule regulation within 3 weeks. Let see..
They also say that even after that the rule has to be approved by DOJ.
Anyway, the friend of mine has changed his employer after 180 days. Everything is OK except one thing: INS adjudication officer (education: elentary-school diploma) did not even heard about 180 days rule
