Question about "Status"

Ok, please allow me to ask this question again, just wanted to be 100% sure. :) (I sent in the 130/485/765 package not too long ago.)

I'm currently on H1B, if I leave this job for another one, I'll lose my H1B status and go "out of status" even though I have an EAD. Is that true? My understanding is that as long as I have an I-485 pending, I could keep my EAD valid and am authorized to work, although I'll be "out of status" before I get the Green Card... Should I be concerned at all about my "status"?

THERE IS NO ANSWER THAT IS GOING TO SATISFY YOUR NEED TO KNOW ALL FACTS ABOUT YOUR CASE. :rolleyes: Forget the crap about your "in or out of status", what relevance does is have to you? :mad:

We gave you the answer, what more else do you need? :confused: If they issued you a EAD, then USCIS knows what they are doing, unless you need an assurance from USCIS devil that you are in status, let us know... :eek:
