Question about Schegen Visa

I am a Green Card Holder........... I previously went to Germany on a Refugee Travel Document which didn't require a visa.

Last year I renewed my NP since I didnt want to use my RTD and applied for a German Visa........They did not deny the visa but didn't take my application, they said that I cannot have a NP since I went on a RTD.

So this year again I went to apply for a Schegen Visa at a French Embassy with my NP......... but I put that I never visited Schegen before. Do you think I will get in trouble? IS there any way for them to know that I went on a RTD? Confused....that is why i write that i never went..

I dont want to use the RTD because it is so much hassle & my lawyer told me to use NP but German officials make me want to use my RTD.........

Please help or I can't sleep at nights....I need to attend my brothers wedding and I am a best man.

I am pretty sure they have your info in their databases. Why would you do stupid things like that?????????? but I do remember that usuall they dont scan RTDs just put it under light to make sure a seal is there. I dont know much of other details.

these RTDs dont even scan at airline or I remember when I went to switzerland, she said that these RTDs dont scan in our computers.

All you can do is wait and see if they call you and say Hey mister.

I am not saying this to scary you, but from what I understand, French embassy do a lot of investigation before they approves your visa. If they have any suspicion that you did not tell them the truth, they will deny it or delay it until it gets clear. Hopefully they will not find out. Good luck
