Question about San Jose FP location

Guys,

I am a VSC 485 filer (Dec 2002) living in San Jose area. My wife and I just recieved 2nd FP notices. It is scheduled for Aug 18. Could you please help me with 2 questions:

1) My wife is pregnant and her due date is Aug 18 (same as FP2!). Can we go earlier (like next week) and complete FP2?

2) FP2 notice gives the location as Charcot Avenue. I recall from our FP1 that the Charcot Ave office is closed and we went elsewhere, but it has been sooooooooo long that I have forgotten where. Could anyone please give me the address for the San Jose FP office?

I have given my FP2 in OCT-03 at ASC charcot Ave.

My Spouse has given FP2 in DEC-03 at ASC charcot Ave.

Both gave early FP. The people are very friendly.

We both went on a Saturday and it was pretty empty.
