I have seen several messages which stated that they received RFE for documents like three years W2, tax returns, employment letter. Did those who got these RFEs not submit those documents while filing I485 application? Or did INS ask for them even though they had been submitted along with the application. Is INS sending such RFEs at random even when they have the documents with them? As far as I know W2s, tax returns amd employment letter are required along with I485 application and I cannot imagine anyone filing their application without them.
