My case is in EB1 category and 485 is pending from last more than 6 months. I wish to have your advice folks;
Does one has to be in the same title and same SALARY when RFE is recieved from BCIS. Since EB1 is self petitioning so I am looking for the suggestion in such circumstances if I have to change a job.
Any suggestion or experience from senior members will be helpful.
