question about RFE

I filed I-485 in TSC based on Eb-1a in 2003. If TSC requires RFE, will it send RFE to me or my attorney or both of us? Thank you.

If your attorney has filed ur petition then usually he gets, keep in touch with ur att, specialy once month/week say hello to staff if they have anyhthing to let u know.

It is also good to keep checking online too, and even call TSC one a month if u or ur attorney are unaware of any RFE issued, and even online msg never updated.
