I've submitted NIW I-140/485 to VSC on March 09. They sent out notice for RFE on Sep 13. Because my lawyer moved his office, something wrong might have happened during the delivery and the notice was returned to USCIS after two weeks (Sep 28). Since I followed the track online, I gave them a call on Sep 29 to ask for a resent of the notice to the new address. LUD changed once on Oct 14, but no description change. However, neither my lawyer nor I have heard from them till now. My lawyer said we should wait since it is not good to keep calling them. I wonder whether there is anyone who had the similar experience. What should I do at this point? Is it really bad to call them again? Thank you very much.
