When you submit evidence that your wife and you are living together for removal of conditions on permanent residence - can you just submit copies of all the documents? For example, the utility bills, etc. etc...Which documents need to be submitted in ORIGINAL besides the CIS application form?

There is more information about this in Family immigration thread. Basically you need copies of tax statements, letters from friends, pictures, utility bills, mortgage papers, or rent lease and other things that show you have co-habitated together as a couple.

Good luck,

Yes...but most of the discussion there is about when you dont have a green card yet. In my case, I have a green card....I just have to remove conditions on my existing green card...Looks like from what you said - copies of these documents will work...no need to send originals right? Ofcourse, I will include the originals on the support letters from friends, etc. But no need for originals on utility bills, etc. right???
