Question about reciept notice for I-130

hey guys~ i have a question. i am a guy living in nj. i have married USC and i sent 130,485,765 and i recieved reciept notice of 485 & 765 on oct,17th 2006 but i haven't recieved one for i-130. but checks were cashed at the same day. Is it normal to take this long? i called the 1800number but the guy said he has to talk to my wife since she is the petitioner. daym... i told him u gotta be holding the phone for 1hr to talk to u. he said he knows...
please let me know if u have any thoughts for me~

I Called 1800number again today

i called 'em again & it took me an hr to get to talk to the agent.
and he said the letter was undeliverable but i don't need the letter b/c they will have the record when i go to the interview. and also i asked him when i can get the EAD card and he said since i took my fingerprint nov 7th, i should be able to get the card before jan 7th next year!
