Question about processing times !!

Hello everybody,

I am told that if the spouse of the USC is outside the United States, USCIS processes I-130 faster than in the situation where the spouse is in the US. Is it true guys? Please help me be clear.

There is no factual evidence of that. It all depends on your own individual circumstances.
