I & my wife will be going aboard for vacation. Our 485 is pending with NSC. Both got AP and also H1/H4 extension papers.
As I am still working in H1 and I want to continue using H1. So I am going for stamping in us consulate abroad. Since my wife is already working using EAD, she doesn't need a H4 stamping (even though she got extension papers- I think it is already void).
When we come back at POE, Will there be any questions if I enter as H1 and my wife uses AP?
