Question about PD

Hi Guys,

I have filed for I-485 / I-140 concurrently. I have heard rumors on different forums that the I-140 of people with current PD tend to approve sooner. Does this have any real basis.

I am asking this question here as this is the most active forum, I would be very thankful if you could give me your though.
