Question About PD ?

I have a question about Priority Date (PD).

In my I-140 approval notice , my PD is 12/05/2002. What is the difference between I-140 PD (12/05/2002) and labor PD (06/04/2001) ?

When can I expect my GC ?

Its a mistake by the nebraska bums.

You approved i140 notice should have the labor pd , the date you filed labor.

Call them and get it corrected.

The PD on the 140 approval notice is the correct PD.
If this in fact incorrect (like ur case) have ur lawyer contact uscis to get it fixed.
