I am living Minneapolis. I have done my interview last June, and the supervisor told me that FBI has done my check. However, when I went
to ask my status after a long waiting, the immigration officer said that
my case is pending because "oversea biograph check" is not done. He
said all my files are done and kept in the immigration office, but the check
is not finished. Can anyone tell me what is "oversea biograph check" ?
Is it a name check conducted by FBI? Can anyone give me a reference?
