Hi

I had DUI in 2002, disclosed, submitted court dismissal docs everywhere (VISA renewal, I-485 etc) including in this N-400 of course.
I recently attended interview and was recommended for approval. Waiting for oath letter.

I have below questions. DO asked

1) What were the fines for DUI?
I did not remember, DO asked just to guess. I said 1000$ maybe.
Now I checked it is some 350$

2) What was the probation time?
I said 90 days. But looking the docs, I do not see any mention of probation anywhere in my court docs.
My license was suspended for 90 days and had to complete diversion with a year - which I did

Now my question is do I need to find out if I had probation and for how long, and during oath ceremony do I need to disclose these?

Thx

At this point, with the DUI being over 10 years ago, and the fact that you already gave them the court docs and were recommended for approval, they're almost certainly not going to care about those additional details. Sit back, relax, and look for your oath letter in the mail.

Thanks Jackolantern!
