Question about new employment under AC21

Hello --

Just curios on how should I answer the following question in job web sites :

"Are you authorized to work in this country for any employer, present employer or require sponsorship."

My I-485 has been pending for over 180 days and I am considering filing AC21.

Thanks in advance !!
 
Depends ,if you want to take employment by doing AC-21 and work on H1-B then you should say for same employer if you want to work on EAD then you should say "any employer" this is just my 2 cents..

with ead you can work for any employer(s) at the same time. once you start using it you are no longer in h1.

its better you discuss about your ead work authorization details with that prospective employer during your first discussion. make sure they are ready to sponsor your greencard and you and the company fully comply with ac21 job portability.
