Question about N-400

I am planning to send my N-400 next week. few questions.
1) what is the best way to send it. fedex or registered mail. Nebraska.
2) I am filling with my spouse. Do i need to send 2 seprate mails.
3) should i send a personal check or certified check.

1. In my opinion, Priority Mail. Is fast (2 days) is cheap, less than $5.00, and you can track it on line at usps.com.

2. You can put two separate packages in the same big envelope.

3. Personal check is OK. Send one for each person.
