My 7th year H1b extension was filed on the basis of
a) A reopened I-140 RD-11/2000 (NIW) and
b) an approved labor RD-10/99.
However I have not filed an I-140 based on approved labor. In other words I have not used my approved labor for many years now.Do you guys see any problem with my situation in obtaining 7th year H1B extension.
I read somewhere that approved labor alone is not enough to get 7th year extension one should have an I-140 or I-485 pending based on approved labor.
please comment.
for my original postings you can search my user name.
I have watched immigrationportal .com for many years now and "united nations" is probably the best, very knowledgable and extremely helpful.
lets vote him for somekind of award.
