Question about moving jobs after GC

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the process for changing jobs after PR.

Is there a minimam limit of time that a person should be with the sponsering company before the GC holder can changes jobs.

Also is there any difference in time if the GC holder got the card through CP or AOS.
