Question about Mothers last name on birth ceritificate

I got rfe coz it doesnt have my name on it .... Now after I sent the rfe response ... I did see my parents last names are missing ... it is like ( initial of Last name . First name )... will this be an issue ... will they issue second rfe ... Reply would be appreciated
