Question about military records

Wy wife is a DV-2009 winner. Of course she isn't concerned about military records. But, how about me. I haven't pass the military service and I haven't any document about this. And it's to hard to correct this situation in my country.

where do u come from? Check local us embassy website or simply write them. In europe, they answer emails within same day!
